包装：氧化低密度脂蛋白经膜过滤，无菌包装于含磷酸盐缓冲盐水（pH7.4和0.2mM EDTA-Na2）的氮气溶液中。
制备：人低密度脂蛋白经超速离心（1.019-1.063g/cc）纯化至均一，在37℃PBS中用Cu2SO4（氧化剂）氧化18小时。通过添加过量的EDTA-Na2终止氧化。在琼脂糖凝胶电泳上分析每批的LDL迁移情况。这些氧化低密度脂蛋白的迁移量是天然低密度脂蛋白的2.0倍。这种氧化型低密度脂蛋白被广泛应用于研究脂质代谢，但较少诱导细胞凋亡。凋亡诱导请选用我公司生物试剂的高氧化低密度脂蛋白。
TBARS：以丙二醛为标准比色法测定TBARS。

Packaging: Oxidized LDL is membrane filtered and aseptically packaged under nitrogen in a solution containing phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 and 0.2mM EDTA-Na2.
Preparation: Human LDL, which was purified to homogeneity via ultracentrifugation(1.019-1.063g/cc), is oxidized using Cu2SO4 (oxidant) in PBS at 37°C for 18hours. Oxidation is terminated by adding excess EDTA-Na2. Each lot is analyzed on agarose gel electrophoresis for migration versus LDL. This lot of OxLDL migrates 2.0fold further than the native LDL. This type Oxidized LDL is widely used to investigate lipid metabolism, only less induce cell apoptosis. Apoptosis inducement please choose High Oxidized LDL from our company.
TBARS: TBARS is determined colorimetrically by using Malondialdehyde as a standard.
